Gut ResetFive years of IBS and nothing held
Low-FODMAP, probiotics, elimination diets. Within two weeks my bloating dropped by half. By week eight I had garlic bread and my stomach stayed flat.

Gut ResetIt works. The wait and the price are real.
The bloat did come down, and two capsules is an easy routine. I wish it had shown up in the first week. For me it was closer to three. It also costs more than the probiotic it replaced. I kept it because the drawer is smaller now, not because it was cheap.

Gut ResetFoods I had not touched in years
For five years I could not eat garlic, onions, or anything fried without my stomach blowing up. Three weeks on INNERDAY and I ate a full Italian dinner. Flat stomach an hour later.

Inner CleanseThe weight that came off was waste
I have been the bloated girl since my twenties. Flat stomach by morning, pregnant by dinner. One cup a day changed that. The weight that came off was not fat. It was waste.

Gut ResetRegular for the first time in years
Constipation has been my whole life since my 20s. Now I go every morning like clockwork.

Gut ResetNow I have to eat less because I actually digest it all
My portion sizes used to be huge because half the food just sat there. Now everything breaks down and I get full way faster. I am spending the same on groceries but eating half the plate. I did not sign up to lose my appetite.

Inner CleanseGentle cup. Check the barley first.
The tea is mild and I was going more regularly by the end of the first week, without the cramping I got from senna. It contains barley, so it is not gluten-free. Read that before you order if gluten is a problem for you.

Gut ResetBloat gone by week 2
I used to look 5 months pregnant by 3pm. Two weeks in and my jeans actually button after dinner.

Gut ResetSIBO flare-ups way less
After two rounds of antibiotics for SIBO I was losing hope. This is the first thing that has kept the flare-ups away.

Gut ResetBloated since menopause. Not anymore.
I am 64 and have been bloated every single day since menopause. My daughter noticed my belly was flatter before I did.
